Teachers who are new to WCPS are invited to shop for free at the WCTA Teacher Closet. The closet will be on site at South Hagerstown High School on Monday, August 7, and remain on site through the end of the day on Wednesday, August 9. New teachers are encouraged to stop in to peruse the materials and books that have been donated for their use.
Leftover items will be available at the WCTA office after August 9. WCTA and WCESP members can come by to shop for any of the remaining free materials to have them for students, families, and schools. Call Carol Mowen, WCTA president, at the office or email her to be sure someone is at the office to “unlock the closet” before coming.
