Negotiations Update: RSVP for the Tuesday, 6/10/2026, Meeting

At this all-member virtual meeting, WCTA's Chief Negotiator Mary Heeringa and the WCTA Negotiations Team will provide members with a detailed briefing regarding anticipated tentative agreements on language and the results of the straw poll that members are asked to complete between June 3 and June 8. The meeting will include a tentative timeline of next steps.

Parameters for Virtual Attendance

Please adhere to the following expectations:

  1. No video or audio recording of any part of the meeting is permitted.
  2. No screenshots are allowed as the information being shared is confidential to members and is to be shared only in the context of a meeting (i.e.  not in print communications).
  3. Cameras must be on.
  4. Attendance must occur in a private location; if other individuals are in the proximity of 50 feet of open space, the member will participate using headphones to maintain audio security.
  5. Microphones are to be muted except when verbally interacting in the meeting.
